A Week Already!

Wow! I can't believe it has already been a whole week since our last post... Guess with the nice weather I am slacking!

It feels like it has been a pretty busy week but I cannot remember anything that we did! We spent some time outside. Addy is definetly an outdoorsy girl! Loves to walk on the sidewalk, pick up sticks and leaves, and run full blast while mommy watches and hopes she doesn't trip!

So today after dinner we went outside and played with a real toy outside (as opposed to hand me down frisbees). She had fun we went the whole legnth of the sidewalk around our house! Then the neighbor girls came out and played for a few minutes too.

Easter weekend is here and I will be carrying on a family tradition with Addy. Growing up, my mom... oh I'm sorry, the EASTER BUNNY, would hide jelly beans around the house and my sister and I would have so much fun going around and looking for all of the jelly beans. We always looked forward to it. Most of the time we would miss a few and days later would find extras!

So this year I will continue the tradition with Addy however we will not be using jelly beans yet (too small, too many curious cats, and no candy for baby A yet!). So we will be using those plastic eggs that you are supposed to put candy in. Look for pics of our egg hunt after the weekend!

I am also contemplating dyeing eggs with Addy too. We used to love doing it when we were younger. Messy, I know but a friend of ours had a BRILLIANT idea for her little 16month old... She gave Miss Sophia a plastic egg and a bowl of water so it looked like she was doing the same thing! BRIALLIANCE Shawna! Much less messy! So we may attempt eggs tomorrow.... If so, there will be pictures of course!
