The rest of July....

Well the rest of July was fun play dates, park fun, and family time!

We brought the hot rod to the park a few times!

 Attempted a few family pics!

Had one tired kiddo (and kitty) who refused to sleep without his new loader!
Addy took ice skating lessons this summer and did really well! She LOVES skating so we will have to sign up for that again!

And the rest of July is kind of a blur! Our big fun event was taking a trip to Alabama but I'll save that for another post!

My Baby Is 3!!!

At some point my little baby boy grew up! Ji'Robert is 3, can you believe it! Where did my chubby little bubby go!

We've take a picture of him in Jared's frisbee basket every birthday!

Of course we had a little party! He wanted a dump truck cake so we got one that came with two!
Its hard to get 11 kids to look at the camera at the same!

Fabulous Aunt Cathy got him a new bike and helmet which he was SO excited about it and just loves it! He hopped on and road all over!
At age 3 he is talking really well and graduated out of his speech program! He LOVES all things boy... cars, trucks, diggers, bikes, balls! He is VERY busy and has a hard time sitting still. He is charming and cute. His whining has subsided quite a bit and he loves to help Jared do dishes!
He is a good little brother (most of the time) and is very proud of himself when he accomplishes something new!
He is clever and funny. Every night he always says, "to the moon and back" and makes sure he says it on the phone too!
He will always be my little baby even though he is a big boy now!

July 4th

And this is why I should blog as I go... I need to think back too far!

So July 4th... We went up north to my Great uncle Bobs cabin which is a yearly tradition. We went up there every year while I was growing up and its just a magical place. Its amazingly relaxing and the fourth is when all of the extended family comes and we get to spend time together. We have a pretty small family so its nice to all be in one place (minus a few this year:( )

JT of course loves tractors and Uncle Bob has a TON!
WE got to sit and watch the parade from the comfort of the Burma Road (Great Uncle Bobs wooded trail) and the parade has a ton of candy thrown! It's kind of a big deal and there are more people in the parade than watching it!

Great Uncle Bob himself! It's a tradition for everyone to drive a tractor in the parade!
 Mandatory family photo!
Scooter came up with Meena this year so Miss A got to take her for a walk!
All the girls (and JT) did a special craft this year making a framed heart from rocks from the cabin!

It was a fantastically wonderful time!

EEEEEK four months later

Well this summer has flown by! And I neglected the blog the whole summer while we were out having fun...

So we will play a bit of catch up! Starting with JUNE!!!

So I took a photography class at Bliss Photography, who just happens to be a friend of mine... so you will notice throughout the next few posts of catch up that I have done numerous little photo shoots with my kids to figure out how to use my camera...

So photo shoot number one... Cutie Petuties!

Papa came down and helped up pull out a big huge bush in preparation for putting in our lovely new fence! JT was completely in love with the bobcat! He even wanted papa to pull out the tree in the back yard! So as a good grandpa would do, he let both kids sit in it!

And then the next week, he delivered the super awesome playhouse that he built for the kids! It even has a loft in it! Ji'Robert calls it his garage and puts all of his cars and bikes in it and addy is enjoying the loft space with her books!
We took a trip to Milwaukee to visit some friends and even got to swing through a natural hair show (which was pretty cool by the way). Miss Ella Grace and Addy below!
We went to the local parade with some friends and on the way back to our car we saw this amazing alley wall that was in the midst of being painted and both of us immediately thought the same thing....photo op! So we went back a few days later and shot some pics of these cuties!

My favorite one...

 My other favorite one!

And more pics from photoshoot number one at the top...

We spent a lot of time at the local parks!
So that was June in a little tiny nutshell....
