My sweet little Addy picked out her own outfit at Shopko and it was just too cute to not take pics in. And she brought her spunkiness with and was spent the whole time dancing and posing in her dance moves!

 Later that week we went to the book store and she was just too pretty to resist!

I am one blessed mama!

Just a warning, this post is heavy on picture and heavy on picture of Miss A!

This year is Addisons last year as a little kid! Next year kindergarten starts and a new leaf will be turned! So to celebrate her last year of preschool, we noted her future dreams....Our daycare is super awesome and do tons of preschool activities, field trips, and have signed her up for some preschool classes through community ed. As a bonus this year, they are doing some extra homeschool stuff with her during quiet time which she is super excited about!

 Addy and Meena took a class at the zoo together. They had a good time and it gave Ty and I some special zoo time as well!

 Addy and I also had the pleasure of going back up north for a weekend. We spent most of the time outdoors on Bob's Burma Road, going for walks, and finding agates... This girl can spot a teeny agate from a block away!

 We had a play date with Sophia so that Shawna and I could get some craftiness accomplished. The girls got antsy and then decided to trade tablets and this is how we found them.... settled in on the back of the couch in the window!

 September was quite nice out so we spent quite a bit of time at various parks! I also had a friend who had the same surgery that I had so we grabbed Miss D quite a bit to keep her busy and run off energy!

 Anyone remember the joy of rolling down really big hills?

August 2012

Well, lucky for you the kids are in bed early so I thought I would get august up here! Which means I am only two months behind now! Hooray for catching up...sort of!

Apparently in August I took a lot of pics of Mr Ji'Robert!

JT needed a hair cut. As much as I LOVE his curlies, he is just too busy of a boy to have his hair cared for daily at the moment so I figured we would give him a break and try to grow it out in another year or two. He has been asking for a mohawk so since we were shaving it off, why not give him one for a few days right! And then it grew on me and we love it! Not sure how long we will keep it but he is super cute!

 After! I wanted it wide so that we could narrow it later (ok actually because I was worried jared would goof up and we would have to shave it all off and miss this opportunity!)...

 We also potty trained JT after we got home from our road trip. He was SUPER easy. We put a pair of undies on and he never really had accidents! A couple at daycare and a couple at home a week later and that was it! So as his potty prize, he got a trailer for his tractor.

He had come in one day and said, "Mom, I think I need a trailer for my tractor"... to which I replied, "Yes, I think you do" and so we rigged up a sled tied to the back. And so he got a real tractor!

 He saw sissy putting on my mascara one day and tattled on her. But then the next day did the same thing only got it all over!

 Anyone remember this? Tyty LOVES my marble works marble racer from when I was little! He played and played with it!

 Addy and I took a trip up to the Renaissance Festival. Its not really my thing all the role players and all but we went a few years ago and had a good time and there are tons of kids stuff to do there! Now I will note though that we went on belly dancing weekend and there is a VERY small population of people who should dress like that... none of them were there! EEK... lots of teeny bikini tops, big muffin tops, and teeny bottoms with chimey bell things... not a good look.

I'm trying to think of other fun things that happened in August, I know we did lots of fun things and spent lots of time together as a family!
