An exciting change!

Its finally official and announced, I have accepted a new position at work! I'll be switching from covering ortho-trauma to covering the radiology department! I'm excited for a new challenge. I have been covering radiology for about 7 months and they got approval to hire a full time CNS. I have enjoyed my time in ortho and have learned a lot. This new role will give me more of an opportunity to make some progress since the outpatient areas have not had CNS's in the past and they are in need of some help. I am sad to leave my current position and have become close to quite a few of the staff so hope that those relationships continue as I move into my new role. I will officially start on May 12th and will also be moving to the downtown campus. I know there will be a lot of challenges and issues to deal with and I am ready and excited to take these on.
