This weekend was packed with fun! Aunt Robyn came and spent the weekend with us. Friday we went to Northwoods Apple Orchard. It was a little chilly but Addy enjoyed a hayride around the grounds, picked out a pumpkin for a pumpkin carving party next weekend, and got to go through the petting zoo.
Saturday we hung out, went to lunch, and I got to work on Addy's scrapbook some. I have a whole shoebox full of pictures from June until now that still need to be done! Who knew I had SO many pictures of her!! I have been trying to be a little more selective of which pictures I am putting in, but she is SO cute, how can you pick just a couple from each event! And so, her scrapbook gets fatter and fatter. I was hoping to keep her first year in one, but it is looking like maybe two for her first year will be happening. I tried to figure out why I have so many pictures and then it dawned on me... Digital Cameras. It used to be that you would go to an event with one roll of film, take you pictures, and you hoped to have a few from the event that turned out. Now with digital, you can take hundreds, see if they are good at the time of shooting, and keep taking more without even coming close to using up your disk space.
And so it goes, I am THAT mom. The one who is taking pictures all the time any chance I get! Who could resist this face!
